Weight-loss tips and portion control

I'm not on a diet, but my husband and I are trying to reduce our belly paunches, at least a little bit. Here's some things we are doing:

1. Cutting down on almost all meat.
2. Staying away from (as much as possible): enriched wheat products, corn syrup, concentrated juices
3. Ordering off children's menus at restaurants or sharing adult portions.
